Geoffrey Morgan

Geoffrey Morgan is the co-founder of Citigate, one of the world’s leading financial and corporate communications companies. Upon leaving the consultancy, Geoffrey wished to build a portfolio career of non-executive, interim and consultancy positions.

David Barford

David Barford, former Chairman and CEO of Mercer Human Resource Consulting Ltd, used Nicki to develop his CV upon leaving the consultancy. A well-known and visionary leader with over 30 years experience delivering change to a broad range of organisations, David wanted to build a portfolio of non-executive appointments.

Successful in his mission, David now chairs P&O Pension Scheme, is deputy chair of BT Pension Scheme, sits on the boards for Hermes Fund Managers Limited and Chemistry Recruitment and is an adjunct professor of Imperial College Business School.

Natalie Ayres

Natalie Ayres, a former member of Microsoft UK’s main board and a key influencer in the European IT sector, used Nicki to develop her profile and CV upon leaving fulltime employment. Her goal was to build a portfolio career of non-executive directorships that enabled her to enjoy more time with her family while continuing to make a difference helping fast growth businesses.

Simon Bennett
